width="280"Acne is a skin problem where there are different types of inflammation. These may be pimples, whiteheads, pimples and cysts. The kind of acne that have or had the majority of teenagers called acne vulgaris, also known as common acne, and usually manifest themselves in the face, neck, shoulders, upper back and chest .
Sebaceous glands or oil glands as they are also called, are located in the hair follicles or pores. Thus producing much sebum, which is an oil that lubricates the hair and skin.
Due to hormonal changes that occur during puberty, teenagers acne appears to them. This is because most of the time, the sebaceous glands produce more sebum quantity that corresponds.
While adolescent’s body begins to mature and develop, the hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum and the activity of these glands becomes too intense. A large amount of sebum and dead skin cells, the clog. Then the bacteria are trapped inside the pores and reproduce, making thus the skin to swell and become red giving rise to the start of acne.

When obstructs and closes a pore, but above the surface of the skin, it produces a white dot. However if this is blocked but it is open, the top layer can be darkened and a blackhead. Generally the wall of the pore opens, and thus let the sebum, bacteria and skin cells make way below the skin, which produces a small red infection called grain.

When the clogged pores that are open on a deep level of the skin to cause nodules, which are infected lumps or cysts larger than grains and can become very painful.

You have to stay calm and be patient, because at the end of adolescence, acne is very likely that our body is gone, and our parents ever had acne, usually we will also have.
