The chocolate does not cause acne
The chocolate does not cause acne. So many times, especially during my teens,, and especially during my adolescence, I have been told that chocolate did not abuse that, among other result could cause more acne. However, a recent American study has thrown earth is belief.

The chocolate would not be responsible for the appearance of acne: but rather, other foods such as bread and refined grains it might be related.
Recall that this problem affects about 95 percent of youth and adolescents.
Loren Cordain, professor of evolutionary biology at the University of Colorado (USA), recently published their work in the journal Archives of Dermatology, which suggests that high production of refined sugar in food, which causes an increase in production of insulin and growth factor of insulin (called IGF-1) which can aggravate acne.
A team of Australian scientists will attempt to confirm this theory in a short term for it, put a group of 60 adolescents with a low-carbohydrate diet for three months to assess the effect on acne.
Neil Mann, University of Melbourne, said that since there are many “anecdotal evidence” to support this theory: “Many dermatologists have shown that diets low in carbohydrates, significant improvements in patients, but this will be the first study to prove it scientifically. “
The data suggest that cause-effect relationship between diet and acne, experts point out that in societies with an undeveloped economy like Kitava islands in Papua New Guinea, and some tribes of the Amazon, acne is almost unknown. The reason: These societies subsisting on minimally processed foods, do not eat cereals or refined sugars. Another good example of this is Alaska, where the appearance of acne coincided with the arrival of Western diets.
