Home Remedies for Scars and Acne: Treatments

Before starting with natural remedies and home for acne scars is very important to know how to identify the type of scars you have to know what kind of treatment is best for you:
“Do your acne scars are deep? If your answer is yes, can be scarring as wells. These types of acne scars are more difficult to treat, but there are several options if you know where to look.

Do your acne scars are flat and darker? They can be permanent, but sometimes you may not be. If not permanent, it is perhaps better left alone to return to the natural stage before they escalate to the treatments.
Have you had chickenpox? Has left scars? Do your acne scars look like them?
If so, these are called pigmented scars. They can be very deep, but may be permanent, thus require special treatment.

Now if we look at some proven home remedies that many people have used to address them. Depending on the severity of your acne scars (which is why it is so important to identify them), some of these treatments may or may not work in their scars.
Lemon juice
This is one of the easiest home remedies and cheaper than many people have used. You can easily buy a fresh lemon on the market or in local stores. Some people even have a lemon tree in your yard.
Cut a lemon in half, squeeze the juice into a bowl, use a cotton ball to absorb it and place it on your scars. Allow about 10 minutes and rinse. This has proven to work well for some people.
Sodium bicarbonate
You may think this sounds absurd, but the truth is that the baking soda acts on acne scars. Again, you can buy baking soda easily in supermarkets. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda
two teaspoons of filtered water to make a paste. Spread the paste on your face like a mask and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Once it has dried, rub the skin gently with circular movements and the baking soda will act very well as an exfoliant to remove dead skin cells.

Have you tried any home treatment set out above? Or have you tried other home remedies such as olive oil, vitamin E, aspirin, etc..?
In the book “Miracle For Acne” sets forth other home treatments that many people have tried and have been very excited in the treatment of scars.

If home remedies do not have results on your acne scars, you may want to consider cosmetic procedures or laser treatments.

Natural Remedies for Acne: Benefits of Raw Milk

Unpasteurized milk or raw is simply one of the best foods for anyone who fights against acne and one of the best natural remedies for acne.
We mean raw milk to the unpasteurized milk (also not heated to the temperatures below pasteurization), non-homogenized, and from grass fed cows. Goat’s milk can also be used in similar conditions, although my work not based on goat milk.

Why raw milk is so good? First, remember that time in his life when he had the best skin. For most people, would be as a baby. Children breastfed have almost universally perfect skin. At the time of life, breast milk is the ideal food and the result is a perfectly healthy baby. The baby is exactly the power you need, no more no less. This is essential as the first two years are the most important in terms of development and nutrition.
Second, raw cows’ milk offers a wide variety of essential nutrients for an adult. The most important of these, and absolutely essential for acne sufferers are the good fats, and that is sure to have deficits of them. Raw milk is about 16% cream. (In relation to the store that is 2%, you will realize how raw milk is cheap compared to the raw!) The real benefit is that raw milk from cream or fat product. Nutrition in it is hard to describe, is simply a product that gives life.

One objection that is often heard on the raw milk is that “cow’s milk is for calves.” In other words, it is a human food. However, if you examine the historical records, animal milk and products of animal origin are created, have been a staple in many civilizations. When analyzing the raw milk is evident to impartial investigators is clearly one of foodstuffs nutritionally more complete market.

That’s why there are stories of people living alone raw milk for over 30 years. It is a complete food. It is actually more correct to say that milk food instead of a drink.

Also, some people may think that raw milk fat due to high
fat content. Nothing could be further from the truth. You will not be overweight due to raw milk. If you are underweight (and many acne sufferers are) will help to return to a better point of reference.

If you can not get raw milk where you can make some replacements.
The raw cheese is also very good. In its development should not be heated above 38 ° C. Ensure that wherever get raw cheese can verify
this. In addition, transportation during the summer could cause problems if you live in a warm area, cooling packs which carry them very helpful, but not in the back of a truck at 37 ° C. You would have to get it shipped overnight or simply wait until the fall.

I bought them in bulk in the spring and cheese, of course, last long without opening it. The cheese seems to provide all the nutrients like milk, appears to be only slightly less effective than raw milk in the immediate help against acne. Probably because it is easier to consume a large amount of raw milk, eating a lot of cheese.

In my opinion, raw milk is one of the best and most beneficial foods you can eat an acne sufferer. Raw milk should be a staple in the diet of all.

Is that sometimes it is very difficult to get raw milk, either because it is not sold in your area, or the higher cost. But other options can be cheaper and simpler to eliminate your acne by clicking on the image

Recorded more sore throats in people medicated acne

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – A new study suggests that youth who use oral antibiotics for acne may be more likely to feel a sore throat.

Although it is unknown whether drugs cause pain, experts say prolonged use of antibiotics may alter the balance of bacteria in the throat. This could cause a multiplicity of infection-causing strains.

“This population is more prone to upper respiratory infections, but do not know why,” said Dr. David Margolis of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

For now, the team could not detect additional risks of antibiotic resistance due to the use of medications for acne (the most common tetracycline). And while there, Margolis said, the benefits of treatment outweigh the in many cases.

“Upper respiratory infections rarely spread and are mild,” the author of the study published in Archives of Dermatology and his team conducted two studies on college students and graduates of the University of Pennsylvania.

In the first, 266 students were asked whether they had acne, oral antibiotics if used regularly and if they felt a sore throat the last month.

Ten of the 15 students who used oral antibiotics to treat acne had had a sore throat, compared with 47 of the 130 students with acne who were not taking antibiotics and had a sore throat, and slightly less than students without acne.
The second study involved tracking a group of about 600 students a year to determine how many had acne. The team recorded many seen at the health center and a sore throat for which antibiotics were taken.

More than 11 percent of users of oral antibiotics for acne consulted for a sore throat, compared to 3 percent of those not using drugs. Users of topical antibiotics for acne, such as lotions or ointments, did not have that extra risk.

Only a few students tested positive for strep test. This is what questions the theory that antibiotics alter the bacterial balance of the throat, but neither discredited, said Margolis.

“There are an unlimited number of bacteria and only look at some” he said.
“It’s hard to know what these results because we ignore what caused it (the sore throat), we only know what it was strep,” said Dr. Guy Webster, dermatologist at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, who was not involved in the study .

In addition to changes in the bacteria in the throat, Webster said that another explanation of the sore throat would be that antibiotics cause stomach upset. Acid reflux irritate the throat.

Still, Webster recommended not to worry about a sore throat. “There is a warning sign that something bad is progressing. That’s for sure,” he said.
Margolis discouraged stop using oral antibiotics for acne treatment from these results.

Homemade Cream For Acne

There are some things to consider before using a homemade cream for acne. If you want to try a treatment-counter or natural, must do three things:

1. You have to eat a healthier diet.

2. Only use mild soaps, creams and / or lotion on your face.

3. You should increase your daily water intake.

If these three conditions are followed, the remedy for acne should work effectively.

Now, if you are interested in a home treatment, the best solution is to make an herbal remedy. There are certain herbs that can be mixed together to create a natural and effective cream.

A mixture includes liquefied petroleum jelly, a little rose water, lemon juice and garlic powder. Vitamin C in the lemon will help clear especially oily skin. If you want to try this homemade cream for acne, be sure to wash your face often. It is important to be persistent if you want to get rid of acne forever.

Another useful acne fighter is mint. Mint can revitalize your skin and rinse the dirt. You can open the pores and reduce fat. Just go to your local supermarket and buy some mint leaves, if you want to try this remedy.

Believe it or not, the toothpaste can help heal skin problems too. Many people swear by this method, and can help destroy the grains almost instantly. The toothpaste also leave your skin feeling renewed and refreshed.

A mixture of carrot juice, cucumber juice and lemon juice can be a useful treatment for acne. Cucumbers have a cooling effect on the skin and may help to get rid of dark circles under the eyes. Another excellent remedy is garlic, so if you can tolerate the smell, you may want to consider using on the skin to treat acne.

If you do not see any results after trying all the above methods, you can make a mixture of honey, baking soda, and egg yolk. The yolk itself has been used by many people for centuries as a skin cream. For a very strong treatment, mix with honey and baking soda. This mixture will open the pores and cleanse your skin thoroughly to reduce defects.

Acne is a problem that millions of people face each year, so the fact that there are many expensive treatments available is not very surprising. Some expensive acne creams can work, but for some people, a simple treatment is most effective. Try these homemade treatments and hopefully one will work for you. Always be persistent with your routine, eat healthier, drink more water and use only mild soaps on your skin. Doing all this with a good homemade cream for acne will clear your skin at some point.

Why is it so difficult to cure acne?

Often described acne as a disorder of adolescence, but it is well known that can last several years, even decades into adulthood and can become a serious problem with serious psychological repercussions.

Yet so far has been very difficult to find a truly effective treatment for this disorder in all patients.
A recent review of the research has been conducted on treatments for acne found that there are large gaps in information, particularly when comparing the effectiveness of the products.

Acne is an inflammatory disorder of the skin that causes excessive secretion of fat that causes a blockage in the pore causing injuries and scars, mainly on the face, chest and back.
Since acne usually appears during adolescence, when individuals tend to be more socially insecure, the inability to prevent or cure the disorder can have a serious negative impact primarily on mental health.

Professor Hywel Williams, the center of dermatology at the University of Nottingham, England, who conducted the review, states that “no surprises that are currently available in the market between 40 or 50 products.”
“As a patient you see all these products in the pharmacy or supermarket, but do not know what is best. There is little comparative information,” he says.
The dermatologist believes it is necessary to conduct more independent studies, because usually those available have been conducted by the pharmaceutical industry.
“There are many questions that have not been answered,” said Professor Williams.
“For example, when you start treating acne, and how you treat it or what?”.
Ignorance
This, said the expert, is complicated by the fact that it still has not managed to understand precisely what causes acne and how treatment may affect the progress of the disease.
Dr. Susannah Baron, specialist in dermatology and spokesperson for the British Skin Foundation, says that the psychological impact of acne in adolescents is enormous.
“Adolescence is, in any way, a really difficult period, and coupled with this is the time when acne comes.”
“Girls often try, before children, find ways to prevent it. And for them acne can be worse because it is linked to an increase in testosterone,” says Dr. Baron.
“Many people spend large amounts of money on products that may not work. Some of the lotions or gels may help but it is best to go to the doctor who can prescribe a regimen containing a liquid, cream or antibacterial gel.”
When none of the commercial treatments work, your doctor may recommend a course of antibiotics or referral to a dermatologist if it does not show improvement.
However, the reactions of patients to different treatments vary widely. Therefore it is important to consult a doctor when commercial therapies do not work.
As for the so-called alternative treatments, Dr. Baron is skeptical that they work because there is no evidence to prove it.
But some people claim they can help themselves.
Elaine Mummery is a nutritionist and runs a clinic for acne in Glasgow, Scotland.
She is also author of a book called Spotless – The Essential Guide to Getting Rid of Spots and Acne (No stains – The Essential Guide for Getting Rid of Spots and Acne).
“When I know someone’s face, the type of injury, what’s wrong and how to cure it,” says Mummery.
“Some people should withdraw cow’s milk from their diet, others need to reduce their sugar intake. There is always a reason for acne and a solution. The key is the type of stain” he adds.
Their treatments are usually based on a change in diet and consumption of vegetables and fruit juices or reducing carbohydrates.
But this, he says, does not work for all patients.
Although acne problems usually disappear when the end of adolescence, for a small minority of the disorder is never really finished.
