Indeed, there are several ways to get rid of acne naturally at home, but the following three treatments have proven most effective in acne home treatments.

This may sound funny, but sleep 8 hours every day in complete darkness relieves the stress of your body that actually help you get rid of acne faster than you can imagine.

Birth control pills help with acne
Evidence continues to birth control pills that help with acne. Interestingly, it is clear that a birth control pill has been approved for acne, however, does not mean it will produce better results.
First, it is important to understand how t he oral contraceptives (OCs) help with acne. Most oral contraceptives contain an estrogen component and a progestin component. The estrogen component helps reduce the production of male hormones that can lead to acne. Depending on the progestin used, the effects of progestin component can range from relatively inert to the theory, increasing male hormone levels. No However, the component is much stronger estrogen and progestin is higher, allowing all t he oral contraceptives can help with acne.
An article in the International Journal of Women’s Health in 2010 took a look at all the different options and research to date. As a result, is likely to produce a 30-60% reduction in acne lesion counts. According to the article, “Studies comparing oral contraceptives were shown convincingly the superiority of an oral contraceptive to another in the treatment of acne.” They went to the note, “Gathering the evidence was difficult because the designs of the study variables. S and m ore research needed to draw conclusions about the comparative effectiveness of different [oral contraceptives].”
In other words, it appears that women seeking relief from the symptoms of acne with oral contraceptives are not required to “choose” a particular brand.
Important: Embark on hormonal acne therapy requires careful medical examination with a focus on the risks and benefits
Note: cyproterone acetate (Diane, Dianette), which is a synthetic derivative of 17-hydroxyprogesterone approved for contraception in Europe and Canada but not in the U.S., and may be used alone or in combination with an estrogen component
Acne: the new face of successful women
Dermatologists at the University Hospital of Nantes established a difference between adolescent acne and the woman of twenty-five years later, characterized by deposits of oil located deeper into the skin.
About 50% of women are finding skin problems when they already believed exceeded at an earlier stage.
Even some of them had never experienced the discomfort of skin irritation. Scientists believe they have identified the root cause, which comes from professional women: the stress of success.
Apparently the pressure to sustain a career is what is happening in the skin account. The study indicates that high-flying executives are most prone to acne.
Women are now under more pressure than in previous generations and the resulting stress release makes male hormones, which in turn produce more oil, which can lead to clogged pores.
Compared with men, women have a tendency to suffer from acne for up to three times more than men because women’s skin is more sensitive to the action of male hormones on the sebaceous glands.
Different acne
Acne is caused by a bacterium called Propionibacterium everyone worn on the skin, usually without problems.
“However, in those prone to acne, the accumulation of oil creates an ideal environment for reproduction of this bacteria,” he told the BBC Deborah Mason of the British Association of Dermatologists.
Acne is easily recognized by the appearance of pimples and their distribution in the face, neck, chest or back.
However, there are varieties of acne. The most common of these is the type called “acne vulgaris.” In 2007, for example, a study in the British Journal of Dermatology, isolated a type of acne called “smoker.”
The study of the Hospital of the University of Nantes made the difference between teenage acne and skin rashes in adults.
While adolescents tend to have these irritations in the skin called “Zona T”, including the chin, nose and forehead, women who are approaching thirty more suffer from cystic eruptions, located deeper in the skin, more hardened and difficult to treat.
Dr. Susanna Baron, Canterbury Hospital, UK, said it was an opportunity to reassess our view of acne. “Unrecognized how acne affects the lives of adult women.”
Treatments
“At the moment, there is no cure for acne,” says Deborah Mason of the British Association of Dermatologists.
“Although existing treatments can be very effective in preventing the formation of new cysts and scars.”
Topical treatments are applied directly to the entire affected area, for example, the entire face.
The doctor may also recommend a course of antibiotics for a minimum of two months, usually erythromycin or some type of tetracycline.
For women, birth control pills can help. The most affective contain a hormone blocker that reduces the amount of oil on the skin.
Why is it so difficult to cure acne?
Often described acne as a disorder of adolescence, but it is well known that can last several years, even decades into adulthood and can become a serious problem with serious psychological repercussions.
Yet so far has been very difficult to find a truly effective treatment for this disorder in all patients.
A recent review of the research has been conducted on treatments for acne found that there are large gaps in information, particularly when comparing the effectiveness of the products.
Acne is an inflammatory disorder of the skin that causes excessive secretion of fat that causes a blockage in the pore causing injuries and scars, mainly on the face, chest and back.
Since acne usually appears during adolescence, when individuals tend to be more socially insecure, the inability to prevent or cure the disorder can have a serious negative impact primarily on mental health.
Professor Hywel Williams, the center of dermatology at the University of Nottingham, England, who conducted the review, states that “no surprises that are currently available in the market between 40 or 50 products.”
“As a patient you see all these products in the pharmacy or supermarket, but do not know what is best. There is little comparative information,” he says.
The dermatologist believes it is necessary to conduct more independent studies, because usually those available have been conducted by the pharmaceutical industry.
“There are many questions that have not been answered,” said Professor Williams.
“For example, when you start treating acne, and how you treat it or what?”.
Ignorance
This, said the expert, is complicated by the fact that it still has not managed to understand precisely what causes acne and how treatment may affect the progress of the disease.
Dr. Susannah Baron, specialist in dermatology and spokesperson for the British Skin Foundation, says that the psychological impact of acne in adolescents is enormous.
“Adolescence is, in any way, a really difficult period, and coupled with this is the time when acne comes.”
“Girls often try, before children, find ways to prevent it. And for them acne can be worse because it is linked to an increase in testosterone,” says Dr. Baron.
“Many people spend large amounts of money on products that may not work. Some of the lotions or gels may help but it is best to go to the doctor who can prescribe a regimen containing a liquid, cream or antibacterial gel.”
When none of the commercial treatments work, your doctor may recommend a course of antibiotics or referral to a dermatologist if it does not show improvement.
However, the reactions of patients to different treatments vary widely. Therefore it is important to consult a doctor when commercial therapies do not work.
As for the so-called alternative treatments, Dr. Baron is skeptical that they work because there is no evidence to prove it.
But some people claim they can help themselves.
Elaine Mummery is a nutritionist and runs a clinic for acne in Glasgow, Scotland.
She is also author of a book called Spotless – The Essential Guide to Getting Rid of Spots and Acne (No stains – The Essential Guide for Getting Rid of Spots and Acne).
“When I know someone’s face, the type of injury, what’s wrong and how to cure it,” says Mummery.
“Some people should withdraw cow’s milk from their diet, others need to reduce their sugar intake. There is always a reason for acne and a solution. The key is the type of stain” he adds.
Their treatments are usually based on a change in diet and consumption of vegetables and fruit juices or reducing carbohydrates.
But this, he says, does not work for all patients.
Although acne problems usually disappear when the end of adolescence, for a small minority of the disorder is never really finished.
